Our Misson & values

Fun times infinity

We have a STEM and STEAM focused curriculum. We also offer birthday partiesfield trips, and special events around the year.

At Genius Gems, our goal is not just to help people connect tiles together. It is to help connect people together.  We do this by creating a shared social experience that leaves our customers always excited about coming back.

Our aim to become the indoor destination of choice in the area, including for families, new and stay at home parents, recent transplants and visitors to the area, students and campers, and basically anyone who loves learning through play as much as we do.

We believe your time is valuable, and we strive to make every aspect of your experience with us positive and fulfilling. We welcome your feedback and ideas!

Our Story

In 2013, the idea for Genius Gems was born in a cramped NYC apartment. Founder Jennifer Romanoff, Ed.M., was watching her husband and their two boys building with magnetic tiles. She reminded her husband that he would be late for work again—that is, unless he wanted to quit his job and play with magnetic tiles instead. They both had a good laugh. And that is how the idea was born.
