Families can arrange up to one makeup per class session for a missed class. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate more than one makeup class per session. Makeups must be scheduled before the end of the terms. No refunds or credits will be offered for missed classes. Holidays are already factored into the schedule.

Due to the arrangement of school disctrict schedules this year, students in monday classes will be allowed 2 makeups, as classes will be held on February 19th despite the school recess in the Millburn Public School District.

Classes are fully refundable (less 10% per class registration) prior to December 1, 2023.

You may email us your refund request at information@geniusgems.com and our response (within 24 hours) will be confirmation of receipt of your email. If you do not hear from us then we have not received your request.

If you notify us via email that you wish to cancel your registration between December 1 and December 5, 2023, 50% of the tuition will be refunded.

After December 5, 2023, no refunds will be issued.

All pick up and drop off will be on the FRONT TERRACE of Genius Gems. Please walk your child around front and drop them off at the designated start time. All authorized pick up adults must be listed on the emergency contact form. Thank you for being on time!
