Join your girl scout troop members at Genius Gems and enter into the fascinating world of programming! Brownies or Girl Scouts will learn how to create algorithms and use loops to make the steps of their algorithms repeat in order to program a robot or an animation. Girl Scouts will also learn about events, as well as create their own set of commands. Finally, Girl Scouts will learn about women in computer science!
Cost: $25 per Girl Scout, payable on the day of the event via check or credit card. We request that you have at least 8 girl scouts in attendance.
Time: 9:15-10:15 am or 5:15-6:15 PM on select weekends.
